- 300g beef, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cooked spinach

- 2 fried eggs, sunny side up
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste) or chili sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce and sesame oil

- Quickly sauté the spinach, carrot, zucchini and bean sprouts separately, each with a little oil and salt.
- Fry the eggs sunny side up over low heat so the yolk stays runny.
- Arrange the rice in a deep bowl and place each vegetable in its own section around the edge.
- Add the beef in the center and top with a fried egg.
- Serve with gochujang on the side and tell everyone to mix it all together before eating.
