Ingredients
- 2 portions fresh or dried ramen noodles
- 6 cups chicken or pork bone broth
- 3 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic and a piece of ginger, minced
- 200g sliced roasted pork or chicken (chashu-style)
- 2 soft-boiled eggs, halved
- Spring onion and nori (seaweed), to garnish
How to make it
- Heat the sesame oil in a pot and fry the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add the broth and bring to a simmer, then whisk in the miso paste and soy sauce until fully dissolved.
- In a separate pot, cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain.
- Divide the noodles among serving bowls and ladle the hot broth over them.
- Arrange the sliced meat and halved eggs on top.
- Garnish with spring onion and nori and serve immediately.
