Ingredients
- 250g beef, thinly sliced
- 200g noodles (any type available)
- Bell peppers, sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tsp crushed chili flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp oil for frying
How to make it
- Boil noodles per package instructions, drain and toss with a bit of oil to prevent sticking
- Heat oil in a wok or large pan and stir-fry the beef on high heat for 2 minutes, set aside
- In the same pan, stir-fry garlic, onion, pepper and carrot for 3 minutes
- Return the beef and add soy sauce, oyster sauce and chili flakes
- Add the noodles and toss everything together on high heat for 2 minutes, serve hot
